I was waiting for a call-back from an insurance company, because someone reversed into me last weekend. Hours passed, no call, and I had to run to the store. I knew that was exactly when I'd get called (naturally). So I snapped a pic of the physical copy of the police report I had. Sure enough the call comes in while I'm out, and I was able to handle it flawlessly by bringing up the pic while the call was in progress. Policy numbers, plate numbers, dates and times, location, everything was right there.
Got to love modern technology!
