Most likely, I would think, it is an "internet accelerator" utility. I would say that most likely it is garbage that can be (and should be) removed, however there's likely no harm to leaving it there. (Removing it is apparently as easy as going to Add/Remove Programs and removing it from there.)
Unfortunately, I can't be more specific than that -- Googling it is actually very difficult, as any search with the term "autobahn" invariably brings up the German Autobahn.
