HALP? Odd error...

I'm getting this popping up every few minutes. All malware and virus scans are clear, no rootkits or anything else. RAM tests fine as well as the SMART data from all drives.

It's a bit early in the morning and I haven't had my coffee yet but Google does nothing for this error. Below the pic is the Details of the error, in full.
