However, latency has been an issue, although I think that's due to GoDaddy's crappy VDS; I'm in the process of moving to a new VDS host, Linode (this is a referral link - help a guy out if you're interested!), so hopefully things will improve.
Nonetheless, a CDN would be nice to have in place in the unlikely event I ever get Slashdotted or Dugg. I'll have to look into this.
I'm sure I could figure out the mod_rewrite rules myself, but I would still like to see how you've got it set up.
