This is the photo I'd intended to enter:
(Click here for full-size 15MB photo)
Camera: NIKON D3000
Lens: AF-S DX VR Zoom-Nikkor 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G
Focal Length: 18.0 mm (35 mm equivalent: 27.0 mm)
Exposure Time: 1/60 sec
Aperture: f/5.6
ISO: 200
I'm not happy with the harsh edges between the darkening mask and the rest of the photo. I got the effect I was after near the top of the rock arch (an almost halo-like glow), but down near the bottom it just looks wrong. :-(
Also, because I love you, here's a bonus photo I took this past Sunday:

Camera: NIKON D3000
Lens: AF-S DX VR Zoom-Nikkor 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G
Focal Length: 18.0 mm (35 mm equivalent: 27.0 mm)
Exposure Time: 0.5 sec
Aperture: f/3.5
ISO: 400
I've been tweaking the color levels quite a bit on this one, trying to get them to more accurately reflect reality. This is far better than the raw photo, which was far to red for some reason, but there's still too much read and the street lamps are still a touch too blue. But, overall, pretty close.
