But the point about going after a large company affecting the innocent employees is not an easy one to dismiss. Big corporations should have to obey the law and I feel safe in saying that most employees in those corporations do follow the law.
It could be that the law needs to change to allow for the prosecution of certain decision makers in the company. Punish the board member who approved the illegal action and leave the innocent mail clerk alone.
