As to the claims that the failings were load-based, well, you'd have to have been deaf and blind to miss the repeated insistence from Democrats that we should "just be patient" and that it was just a symptom of "unexpectedly high numbers of visitors". Of course, the administration now recognizes that they were wrong and that the site itself is just a huge steaming pile of feces, so I'm really not sure what needs citation since nothing I've said is actually in question!!
