I honestly don't know, but if that's how we're also counting jobs created under past presidents (including temp jobs, that is) then it's apples to apples. As for too many lower-wage jobs, yes that is a problem and a fair criticism--not just of Obama, but of a private market trend. It'd be worthwhile to delve deeper into why that has occurred.
