If what you mean is long and cumbersome to say do not say other than what you mean, in order to convey. Create abbreviations and convey in shorter form.

People who have unprofitable desires can try to form societies so that they can pool their money and work less...

Many different types of societies can enter and use the system. So this isn't a society or form of government, it's an economic system.
... Maybe though, it's something like a minarchy... Let's say that "TUES" exists but there's no big societies run by governments with armies that take part in it... there needs to be an institution that can enforce the rules of the system... If big societies enter later, then this institution could gain additional power in times where it needs to enforce the rules by showing proof of violation to these societies and asking for their help to enforce the rules...

If "TUES" is the primary new money lender (there may actually be other lenders but I think they're using old money. At least the money that they lend as they might have gotten new money from a loan from "TUES" in order to start their money lender business) and they make profit from the lending of money, I don't see why they shouldn't make profit from the filler job... A filler worker wouldn't have to pay in advance but a small amount of their earned pay would go to the system managers. Reasonable, especially since there should be some expense in running filler work facilities...

The pay for filler workers would be enough to cover comfortably the average needs of individuals plus some. We want filler workers to be able to save up. One reason is so that they can start a new business venture if they want (without having to depend on a loan). Also, the more disposable income they have the more they can spend on things they want and so the more rich and prosperous other people can become.

If new money was just pumped in without having to be earned (not thinkin' about the borrowing right now) the system would eventually start to try to expand but it wouldn't be able to, as necessary positions wouldn't be filled...

Stimulus packages can be money injected through various means. A person can get some in a tax return (an injection of new money (I'm pretty sure it's new money) given away).

Money in the system that's not in circulation (that's not the savings of anyone) when... made to circulate in the system, I think... is like an injection of new money and so functions like new money...

Since the filler jobs are essentially guaranteed and provide a living wage with some additional disposable income, even though the work is unpleasureable and people should be motivated to get out of there when necessary work opens up they are not in any way in a truly desperate situation which means business owners are going to have motivation as well to make their positions desireable. To ensure this we must make sure that filler work can completely support one and allow for saving but still unpleasureable enough that no one really wants to do it...

Again, it wouldn't matter if many were in filler jobs earning money and saving while not producing or serving unless there were necessary jobs that weren't being filled which would prevent a wanted/needed (or what should be a wanted/needed) expansion. Also again, the earned and spent (and at least some of the filler workers' earned money is spent) goes into the economy, making others richer...

If many lose their jobs due to efficiency increases the worst that should happen is a recession but not an oh-my-god-we're-all-gonna-die recession. Why? Because there's guaranteed work. But since the wage associated with the work should be less than the wages of necessary work the amount of money spent by those who lost their necessary jobs would be less. So if an expansion was occurring at the time of job loss it could stop and possible stay or... despand. And if the system was stable at the time of job loss it could stay stable or despand. I think that any sort of recession or despansion in the system will only go so far until it hits that stable point and all the while no one is at risk of starving, dehydrating or freezing/heating to death. At most they lose some luxuries. But the... mechanism is in place for them to right away learn from any mistakes that they may have made and start again...

The more you chew your food the more you should liquefy it and since liquids enter the blood stream quicker the quicker the more nutrition your body should get. If you swallow big chunks you might pass them before all the nutrition is gotten out of them. So chew your food (Shawn)- it's good for you!
