Hmmm... I may not be entirely right about the counterfeiting. At least the part about counterfeiting being a problem because such money doesn't represent Ps & Ss....
Imagine all legitimate, real jobs are filled. The necessary S jobs are filled by the necessary people needed to provide the Ss and the necessary P jobs are filled by the necessary people needed to produce the Ps. Individuals earning money from the filler job use Ss and Ps (at least some of the people do and to a certain amount) but don't provide Ss & Ps in return. But their purchases don't necessarily drain the system because their demand could increase the legitimate real jobs that are needed, for S jobs could open up because there's more to serve and more P jobs could open up because more Ps need to be created. Since these workers are doing most unpleasant but bearable work, to fill the new positions should not be difficult. The only problem is if increased demand creates new legitimate, real jobs that can't be filled. If demand can be met by current jobs it doesn't matter that further money doesn't represent Ps & Ss...
People cannot be given money for free because it could draw many away from legitimate work, causing a shortage.
This system doesn't depend on constant, unnecessary growth to provide employment to keep itself alive. A particular level of output could be maintained indefinitely (as long as resources allow which should be indefinitely with sustainable practices, I think) because if people don't want anymore Ps or Ss that are currently offered all necessary work is then being filled and of course all unnecessary work can be filled... (I can't explain it really good.)
Besides wanting to help motivate people to find their true desires which may result in business ideas that could be very beneficial to many or in people that barely or not at all need the system (which isn't a bad thing) we want the filler job to be more unpleasing than any other conceivable job so that we can better guarantee that necessary work that opens up or is newly created can be filled...
It's not a bad thing if an individual doesn't need the "TUES" because "TUES" is only for those who want it. The size of it is dictated by the wants of the people in it. I think, cause I'm definitely not an expert, that this system does not require constant, unnecessary growth regardless of how many new people enter it, though the more that enter are just going to naturally increase it because they're entering because they want Ps & Ss and so it is likely that eventually new workers for necessary jobs are gonna be needed and so the system expands...
Filler job money is like injection money (in fact their pay may be newly created money) that can enable new business ventures as filler workers may be saving up for some business venture or those with businesses getting paid by filler workers for Ps & Ss get richer and so can take on new ventures if they desire.
Those who desire some Ps or Ss that are offered from "TUES" enter "TUES" and provide some Ps or Ss but if they have no Ps to offer or there are no Ss to fill they can fill a filler job. This filler job can handle as many workers as there are so it can accomodate many entering the system and benefit them but also benefit the system because these incoming want Ps & Ss (or else they wouldn't enter) so they can increase demand and so can increase the amount of necessary jobs. Since this filler job is most unpleasant the newly created jobs should be easily filled. More importantly though, the unpleasantness of the filler job can motivate some to create some new P or S that is most pleasureable to many, improving the lives of many.
Those whose desires aren't profitable will at least have constant and assured access to a standard job that everyone can do and that wastes nothing (because nothing is actually produced, only an effort exerted, because we don't want to produce something that's not necessary. Possibly some extreme exercise would be the effort exerted so that filler workers could at least get and stay fit...) so that they can partake in the system and benefit and cause the others in this system to benefit because their earned and spent money causes others to become richer. ::phew:: I'm not an expert but I think what I'm glimpsin' is tr̮̬s cool.
Since there is constant and assured access to the filler job there is no need to worry about creating other, unnecessary jobs. This means companies can strive for extreme efficiency. It may be unfortunate for some filler workers who might get stuck doing filler work because there is nt necessary work available that they desire or that's at least more pleasureable or they can't create it for themselves and because they don't want to become more self-sufficient and seperate from "TUES" because they want alot of Ps & Ss and so need to work more, but at least there's constant and assured access to work to earn money to get those Ps & Ss. This work won't kill them and it can be done completely on their own schedule and if they change their requirements they can work much less.
Do you see what I'm glimpsin'?! How it's uber cool and can benefit everyone and I think solves tons of problems, that admittedly I'm only vaguely aware of but that shouldn't matter, except that it doesn't allow me to fully explain this and really highlight how good I think it is.
We still don't want counterfeit money, not because it doesn't represent Ps & Ss (I'm pretty sure) but because counterfeiters can theorhetically create as much money as they want. If enough counterfeiters are out in the system outbidding everyone else they can raise prices. I suppose the "TUES" could just... match but then I see it going up and up, because the counterfeiters just make more, until it gets really ridiculous. Also counterfeiters don't have motivation to fill necessary jobs or to create something beneficial for others or find their true but unprofitable desires...
