Quicken Online. It's one major flaw is completely flat categories (i.e. no sub-categories at all) combined with extremely narrow, single-category-only goal tracking. I want my goals to be broader than that (e.g. $500 for Food & Dining, shared among Groceries, Restaurants, Fast Food, etc.).
Mint.com solves that dilemma by introducing sub-categories, however I like Quicken's visualizations more (I can get over that, though).
Right now it's a race - if Quicken Online adds sub-categories or allows multi-category goals, I'll go 100% over to it; if Mint.com adds support for my bank, I'll go 100% over to it.
