The cinematography was excellent. The action only paused long enough for some awesome character development (although they did the over-the-shoulder-half-hiding-the-face-behind-the-other-character's-face way too much), and there were some really tense scenes that were just incredibly well done.
Of the whole trilogy, I'd say this is the second best, right after Identity. That isn't to say that Supremacy wasn't good - I love it! - it says how damned good Ultimatum is.
Ultimatum picks up exactly where Supremacy left off, with Bourne in Moscow having just left the Projects (where he tracked down and apologized to Neski's daughter) still trying to elude the Moscow police. That chase ends rather abruptly, dashing my hopes that this would be a good movie, but they make up for that rather quickly and deliver a solid action movie.
