Okay, I haven't posted progress since Wednesday Weigh-in #4, because there really hasn't been much to say. (And even now I'm a few days late posting this week's...)
However, I'm proud to say that now I'm down to my new lowest weight: 212.4 lbs. That's a total loss of 5.4 lbs from my starting weight, and 7.4 lbs down from my highest.
I've done well the last couple of weeks, not necessarily in what I've eaten but more in how much I've eaten. I think I can attribute that to my oral surgery, where for almost 2 weeks it was sheer agony to eat anything, so I didn't eat much. I'm still eating little - hell, only had half my bagel this morning, whereas normally I'd down an entire bowl of oatmeal and then be hungry again an hour before lunch!
I feel like my diet is well in hand now; the next step is to get a good handle on a workout routine.
