I get that now and then when I'm either overworking myself (i.e. moving too-heavy boxes) or coughing like mad (aka overworking my midsection). Could also possibly be a [private]/cracked rib.
My suggestion is to just take it super easy, and if your bra is exacerbating the pain at all, I would suggest either going braless or wearing a different bra (but I think you were more just using that to reference where it hurts?).
