If you're curious, you can always do something called mood charting. This is something that I've only just started doing, but it helps establish what your moods are when, as well as what first signs are and what triggers are. The place where I've started charting my moods is an extension of the DBSA (Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance) website, called facing us. I'll link to it at the bottom. You have to make an account on the website to use it, but it is free.

You do have to be careful to not overwrite old entries on this thing. You need to use the change date, but if you use the change date in one of the middle screens, it assigns all the old stuff to the new date, and leaves the old date blank. Still trying to work out how to use it properly.
