Vibrating eyes/vision

So, uhm. Now and then (maybe once every month or two at the most), usually when I'm feeling exceptionally emotional, especially angry, I get shaking vision. Like, my eyes are really really rapidly moving. I can't confirm that my eyes are moving, since I'm always alone when this happens (I'm alone a good 90% of the time), and looking in a mirror doesn't exactly give me a clear perspective of my eyes when my vision is so shaky. It's really, really rapid and fairly small...enough to be noticeable and enough to make me nauseated (tonight it managed to make me puke, that's a first, usually it just makes me feel like I wanna puke).

It reminds me a little bit of the beginning to an allergic reaction I once had to a prescription medication--I basically had a seizure. Except, this isn't that severe.

So...I just thought I'd mention this...I know we have a few medically minded people hovering around here...is this something I should be worried about? I've always chalked it up to sort of a panic attack or suchlike, but it occurred to me tonight, especially after throwing up, that maybe this is something I should be a bit more worried about...also, just finished watching an episode of House, so that probably doesn't help with shrugging off medical mysteries like this. ;) Not that I'm thinking I'm gonna die, mind you. Just thinking...maybe I should mention this and see what people think...

I also (somewhat randomly) get little blurry/blind spots (I mentioned this a while ago, here, when comparing notes with Jackrick)...donno if they're related in the least.

Anyway. I have an optometrist appointment next week (not for this, but just for a check up...coincidental timing, though also nice, I never woulda thought to mention this if it hadn't happened just now). I figure I'll mention it to him, especially if no one here pipes up with anything, see if he can make anything of it.

was glancing around online, found someone describing something very similar, a person who (at least claims to be) a doctor replied to her and said the most common cause would be intermittent nystagmus...mostly putting this here for my own reference (not really up to looking into it too deeply right now, wanting to go to bed), also curious if you medically minded people might be able to tell me a little more...yeh...anyway. night guys...
