i ask this as one of the older guys at work has just found out his prostate cancer may have come back and he may need to get surgery again and it got me thinking, i'm a guy, i have a prostate...perhaps i should make sure its running smoothly. it just seems like it is a thing for older guys to do but i am only 22.
any advice guys (and girls)?
