Personally, I'm a proponent for vaccinations. I'm not the biggest fan as to how they're dosed (multiple vaccines at one time, so you can't determine which one caused the reaction if they do, in fact, have a reaction) but I'll give them to my kids.
Quite a few people are against vaccinating children for fears of autism and such. That's not been definitively shown (in fact there was that whole hoopla over debunking the original study that started the whole idea) but I think the proven infections are more dangerous than the unproven developmental disorder. Penn and Teller outline it very simply;
