I think that's why they need unions. As someone who works for a corporation, if I'm not happy with my salary, benefits, or working conditions, I can go find another job that offers better. My sister (a teacher) doesn't have that option. She is stuck with whatever the government chooses to pay her for her work... and if they choose to make her working conditions miserable by cutting 10000 teaching jobs and increasing class sizes to 40 high school students per class, she is stuck with that too. That's where the union comes in.
