Also, in Virginia, it's actually legal to drink under 21 in a private residence with parent/guardian or spouse presence and consent. Looking it up, apparently it's legal in Wisconsin with parent/guardian/spouse presence and consent as well.
(By the way, if people want to look up underage drinking laws in their own state--US only, of course--I've included the source link below.)
