I am pleased to say that through the many attempts I achieved the awesome topping. Here is my first picture.
Does this look pleasing? Is there any suggestion that you would offer for this to look better (remember I'm learning to take photos of food, so please don't judge the photo). Would you decorate it differently?
I'm still not a fan of chocolate cheesecakes personally, but I recognize how much others love them.
