Super easy to make, SUPER tasty to eat!

Ground beef (I thiiiink I just used about 3 lbs to make this, but I don't even know)
Can of refried beans
Bottle of taco sauce
Bottle of jalepenos, drained
2 onions, diced
Handful of frozen green peppers
Tortillas (I used corn, since [private]'s all high maintenance and gluten free, but I much prefer flour)
Shredded cheeeeeese

Brown the beef in a large pan or pot
Add the beans, taco sauce, jalepenos, onions, and green peppers
Continue to cook that for a bit to let the flavors mix

Meanwhile, heat the oven to 350 and get out a casserole dish

Put a layer of meat mixture into the casserole dish. Cover with tortillas (2-4 thick works best, single layer gets a bit soggy). Add another layer of meat mixture. Add a layer of cheese (I kept eating the cheese before cooking, so I skipped all the cheese layers until the top, but it works best to have cheese throughout). Add another layer of tortillas. Continue until the top of the dish or you're just about out of meat mixture. Add one more layer of meat, then a healthy layer of cheese.

Cook for 20-30 min, until the cheese is bubbling and browning.

Serve with sour cream, salsa, whatever you want, and ENJOY! :D

ALSO! A tip. When you dice the onions, chew on some gum! Onions always kinda get to me, but I was using a really dull knife so they were DESTROYING me. I stole a piece of old stale gum from [private] and while it didn't make me invincible, I didn't feel like stabbing my face anymore.
