All from scratch, except the sweet potato casserole uses canned yams (could do scratch, except I don't feel like it), and the rolls (tried them from scratch last year, and decided that the brown n' serve ones would be better, I suck at yeasty breads). And when I say the pumpkin pie is from scratch, I mean I'm making the crust, and the pumpkin puree comes from a real pumpkin, not a can.
This is for.. 5 people, one of whom is a 3 year old. I look forward to many days of leftovers. :)

Ah.. and the hubby and the kid have both informed me that I MUST have corn, too, but that is also coming from a can. Darn picky eaters. :P
