You must sign in to send Samael a messageBut you'd definitely want to blend the ice-cream quickly. If it gets too soft, it's going to freeze wrong--it'll get really hard and sort of crystalized--which is actually going to potentially be a problem with the apples, anyway.
I'd say, give it a try and let us know how it turns out.
