What sort of biscuits? Already cooked, frozen, refrigerated ready-to-bake? I wouldn't eat ready-to-eat ones 2 months past the date. The others *might* be okay--I'd open the container, see how they look and how they smell. If it seems fine, cook it and see if they look/smell/taste funny. If they still seem fine, I'd eat it.

The good official recommendation is just throw out everything past the expiration date.. but I'm a fan of tampering that with a dislike of waste and some reason. ;)
